
Individual therapy for adults

Psychotherapy for adults, we focus on working at the individual level of each person.
In your first session, we set short, medium and long-term goals on an emotional level, as concrete as possible, so that at all times we know where we are going and what we want to achieve.
In the following sessions we will quantitatively and qualitatively measure therapeutic progress. It is also expected that you will be asked to perform small tasks to reinforce the work reviewed during the session.
People go through different moments in our lives. Work stress, relationship breakups, changes, identity crisis, anxiety, depression and difficult moments, among others.
